FIRST PRIZE

  • Cash award of $6,000
  • Performance with the St. Petersburg Symphony, St. Petersburg, Russia. This includes paid round trip from any country of the world and accommodation in St. Petersburg. The concert will take place during 2011-2012 concert season.
  • Recording of a solo CD for Classical Records
  • Performance at Carnegie Hall/Weill Recital Hall during 2011-2012 concert season
  • Recital as part of the 2012 Washington International Piano Festival, Washington, D.C.
  • Recitals in Louisiana

SECOND PRIZE

  • Cash award of $3,000
  • Performance at Carnegie Hall/Weill Recital Hall during 2011-2012 concert season

THIRD PRIZE

  • Cash award of $1,500
  • Performance at Carnegie Hall/Weill Recital Hall during 2011-2012 concert season

SPECIAL PRIZES

  • Audience award ($500)
  • Additional awards may be announced for selected contestants at the end of the competition.

All prizes listed will be awarded.

Prizes and Awards will be announced and presented immediately following the Final round with the Rapides Symphony Orchestra at the closing ceremony of the competition on October 15, 2011.
